• Experience with statistical programming software and database management is required.

• Provide quantitative analyses of state and local tax policy issues.
• Review and provide input on macroeconomic modeling and forecasts.
• Develop tools to evaluate cost and revenue implications of proposed tax policies.
• Conduct tax analysis studies for specific industries.
• Forecast tax revenue for a state or local government.
• Program in Stata, Python, R, and SAS, and build models in Excel.
• Develop client reports and presentations.
