The role is focused on leading innovative engineering test solutions for Qualcomm's leading-edge products, particularly in the areas of cellular, wireless peripherals, and 4G/5G technologies. The candidate will work within the System Level Test group, which is responsible for stress testing and validating Snapdragon products. This position requires collaboration with a cross-functional global team, including engineers from various disciplines. The successful candidate will manage project planning and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• 14+ years in SoC or Electronics Project Management, System Test, Automation, Computer Engineering experience or related work experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Lead project planning including tasks, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Track progress of System Level Test deliverables to the broader product team.
• Present project updates and matrices to the management team periodically.
• Define and drive product test hardware design and interface with electronics test board design and simulations team.
• Drive production test platform roadmap and interact with vendors for platform development.
