• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• 14+ years in SoC or Electronics Project Management, System Test, Automation, Computer Engineering experience or related work experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Lead innovative engineering test solutions to evaluate Qualcomm's leading-edge products.
• Plan projects including tasks, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Track progress of SLT deliverables and present updates to the management team.
• Define and drive product test hardware design and interface with electronics test board design.
• Drive teams across geographical locations to ensure effective collaboration.
