Job description
The Senior Repair Network Operations Program Manager will oversee the operational and financial health of Microsoft's repair network, focusing on enhancing repair strategies and partner relationships. This role combines elements of business operations, finance, supply chain, and partner management. The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented, working across various functions to drive accountability and operational excellence. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, or operational business reviews.
- Experience analyzing data and developing executive-level reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage repair and service volume forecasts across Microsoft's partner repair network.
- Translate forecasts into funding requirements in partnership with finance.
- Manage outsourced services team to establish and maintain purchase orders aligned with forecasted demand.
- Monitor budget performance validation and identify risks, variances, and opportunities.
- Define, measure, and report operational KPIs across the partner repair ecosystem.
- Analyze trends and identify root causes impacting repair volume, turnaround time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead recurring operational reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and simplify operational workflows.
