Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A total of 8 years of educational and industry experience.
- Ten or more years of hands-on experience in the development of high-performance chips in a design or CAD role is preferred.
- Experience with Innovus, Primetime, Star-RC or equivalent tools.
- High level of programming proficiency in Python and Tcl is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with worldwide cross-functional teams across design and CAD.
- Enable 3DIC/multi-die flows in existing or new implementations.
- Support Static Timing and Extraction across multiple dies.
- Support power integrity flows across multiple chiplets.
- Architect, maintain, and support implementation flows while resolving project-specific issues.
- Collaborate with EDA vendors to define the roadmap and resolve tool issues.
