The ServiceNow Senior Consultant role at EY focuses on leading transformation teams in the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) space. This position is client-facing, allowing for the development of new client relationships while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team. The consultant will be responsible for gathering user requirements and developing user interfaces across various platforms. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from a specified list.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills including communication, adaptability, problem solving, and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery across all phases.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance and expertise for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
• Analyze a company’s capabilities and provide recommendations for process and technology transformation.
• Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
