Citi is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the Oracle Ledger Program, focusing on building and maintaining essential services and user interfaces for critical financial systems. The role involves collaborating with a high-performing technology team to develop full stack applications and provide expert-level support globally. • Experience in software development with a strong focus on full stack engineering across enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development, with experience in building and consuming REST APIs in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React for building responsive, user-facing web interfaces.
• Practical experience with Selenium for automated testing, including writing and maintaining test suites.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for the Oracle Ledger Program.
• Build and enhance common services and user interfaces using Java, Angular or React, and REST APIs.
• Lead the full development lifecycle across analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide L3 technical support as part of a global support model, diagnosing and resolving complex application issues.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
