We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Technology organization. This role focuses on building, automating, and supporting scalable application platforms while promoting DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and will support a platform utilizing Large Language Models and advanced document processing capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance deployment processes and platform reliability.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong experience with CI/CD Automation, Jenkins and/or Tekton, OpenShift and Kubernetes, RHEL/Linux Administration, Terraform and Helm, and Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, Perl, or Ruby.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, or similar tools.
• Support and manage containerized applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Monitor application and platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve deployment processes and platform reliability.
• Support Linux-based environments, primarily RHEL.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and help implement remediation solutions.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and platform modernization initiatives.
