• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering management role.
• Proven experience building and scaling on-device platforms or frameworks.
• Track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent people leadership skills, with experience mentoring and growing engineers.
• Experience building platforms/frameworks utilizing a solid networking stack is a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of latency, reliability, and performance tradeoffs in system design.
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
