This role is for a senior software engineer on a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers at Apple. The team focuses on building real-time 3D perception and input systems for future products. The engineer will work closely with researchers and engineers to develop advanced perception and tracking software. • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong C++ skills, including modern C++
• Experience breaking down large problems and delivering robust solutions
• Curiosity about new technologies and flexibility to work across different layers of the software stack
• Experience with iOS or visionOS development, including Swift and Apple tooling
• Proven track record of shipping products or contributing to open-source projects
• Experience deploying algorithms to GPUs or other hardware accelerators
• Strong engineering rigor, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
