The Amazon Logistics team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to support business intelligence and operations reporting. This role involves working with large datasets to develop metrics and dashboards that enhance logistics and transportation operations. The candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to identify new BI capabilities and drive improvements in delivery performance. • 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight.
• Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with statistical analysis packages like R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in data mining and using databases in a business environment with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Development Engineers to define BI development needs.
• Work with global supply chain and logistics teams to identify new BI capabilities.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Analysts.
• Conduct investigations into operations execution and business problems to identify opportunities.
• Analyze and visualize large-scale geo-spatial logistics data to identify user behavior or delivery process issues.
• Serve as a liaison between the WW Planning and Analytics team and operations business teams.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting.
