• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Understand the fundamentals and tradeoffs of Amazon’s advertising stacks and related industry standards
• Drive technical solutions and architecture for advertising workflows that can scale to serve similar use cases
• Lead the design of large components, write code, and deploy successful enterprise-level systems
• Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions with a bias toward standards-based and flexible designs
• Develop a strong engineering culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration
• Build relationships and earn trust with partner teams
