• 3+ years of experience in product design or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability in plastic and metal part design.
• 3-D CAD skills.
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Familiarity with statistical tolerance analysis techniques and geometric tolerancing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Some experience with basic finite element analysis and general mechanical engineering analysis.
• Flexibility and comfort working in a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to travel internationally (10%+).
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers.
• Consumer electronics design experience.
• Experience integrating wireless antennas into mechanical enclosures.
• Experience with component modules such as audio drivers, batteries, and power supplies.
• Experience in designing audio subsystems like microphones and speakers.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) is preferred.

• Conceive, design, test, and solve problems for new audio products.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Audio Engineering, Packaging, Safety, Hardware Engineering, EMC, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Integrate advanced components into new products.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturability and assembly standards.
• Conduct statistical tolerance analysis and geometric tolerancing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Travel internationally as required for project needs.
