As a Network Development Engineer at Amazon Leo, you will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise networks that support manufacturing facilities and mission operations worldwide. • 8+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
• 5+ years of automation experience using Python, Bash, Shell or other programming languages
• Experience with AWS and AWS networking products such as Direct Connect and Transit Gateway
• U.S. Citizenship is required to comply with government-imposed requirements

• Deploy and maintain complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments
• Ensure robust network operations supporting launch and mission activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, interconnectivity, and performance issues
• Implement and manage change control processes for network modifications
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation
• Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives
• Enhance and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection
• Mentor junior engineers on operational best practices and troubleshooting techniques
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support
