• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 6+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• Demonstrated experience building applications using large language models
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience designing or operating production agent teams or multi-agent systems
• Experience with agentic frameworks or protocols
• Knowledge of security threats specific to LLM and agent systems
• Experience creating tests and evaluations for nondeterministic systems
• Experience operating or troubleshooting software through logs and metrics
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs involving security and reliability
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and document engineering systems
