NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Software Manager to lead a team focused on developing NVLINK Switches and GPUs within the firmware and PHY connectivity layer. This role is crucial for the development and verification of software and firmware that support NVIDIA's next-generation networking technologies. The ideal candidate will manage a high-impact team while also being hands-on in coding and debugging. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of overall technical experience with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ programming
• Experience in leading teams in software and firmware development and mentoring others
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly

• Manage and lead a high-impact team for development and verification processes over software and firmware layers
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers
• Lead the investigation of issues in customer setups and support new system bring-up processes with NVLINK technology
• Own the development of major features end-to-end
• Be actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging
• Collaborate with off-shore teams
