NVIDIA is looking for a Staff UC/Software Development Engineer to join the IT-EPE organization, focusing on Unified Communications and employee collaboration. This role involves software development for conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco RoomOS, and requires strong technical skills in Python and Bash automation. The ideal candidate will have experience with API integrations and a solid understanding of UC domain knowledge. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience in full stack development, Unified Communications, or a closely related software development role.
• Hands-on coding experience with Cisco Webex RoomOS and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Practical software development experience supporting employee collaboration tools.
• IT infrastructure knowledge across Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Working knowledge of AI models and development practices.
• Experience with API integrations, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with UC observability and user experience metrics.

• Design, operate, and evolve the Unified Communications platform.
• Integrate UC with cloud infrastructure and improve observability.
• Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
• Operate and enhance Cisco Webex RoomOS and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Automate administrative and operational tasks using Python, Bash, and generative AI tools.
• Instrument UC observability through Call Quality Dashboard and user experience metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, networking, facilities, security, and product teams to troubleshoot issues.
