NVIDIA is seeking an engineering leader to build and run the Infrastructure Security Engineering team for EDA clusters. This role involves implementing security controls across compute, storage, and networking environments, ensuring security outcomes without hindering chip design processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale networking and compute infrastructure, with a focus on security engineering as a core discipline. This position requires collaboration with various security teams and infrastructure engineering to develop and execute a technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls.

• 12+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
• Hands-on experience operating compute fleets at scale, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of hyperscaler methodologies for operating large-scale systems with a focus on security and reliability.
• Experience securing performance-sensitive environments where standard tooling was constrained.
• History of building and guiding engineering teams responsible for complex distributed or multi-cloud architectures.
• Ability to drive unified outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional communication skills with both engineers and executive leadership.
