The Apps team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to enhance operational excellence and develop scalable frameworks while advising leadership. This role involves leading cross-functional programs related to Corporate Development, M&A, and resource planning. The primary focus is to bridge Apps and Corporate Development on M&A and Partnerships, ensuring effective integration of acquired teams. The position requires a strategic leader with a strong background in organizational operations and program management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Program Management, Chief of Staff, Product/Business Operations, or Organizational/Financial Planning experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end resource planning or fiscal budgeting across engineering, product, or technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting M&A, Corporate Development, or organizational integration initiatives.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools to drive workflow efficiencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex programs end-to-end using data-driven insights.
  • Serve as the primary Program Manager bridging Apps and Corporate Development on M&A and Partnerships.
  • Lead target identification, due diligence, onsite logistics, and integration of acquired teams.
  • Own resource planning, fiscal budgeting, and organizational growth strategy.
  • Modernize workflows with modern tooling and AI to automate tracking.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
