• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID
• Experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON

• Support Amazon business teams worldwide by providing critical product support and carrying out data research.
• Liaise with technology and other internal teams on workflow improvements and data interpretation.
