The Intel Foundry Automation's Automation Operations Team is seeking a compressed work week shift engineer to support equipment performance and operations during the day shift. This role involves technical troubleshooting and operational support for automation applications in Intel's factories. The candidate will also provide next-level support for applications across Intel's global factory network, alongside project work related to software development. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, adaptable, and capable of driving solutions effectively.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 6+ months of experience with scripting and related activities such as SQL, Python, or PowerShell.
• 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies including Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMWare.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for automation applications.
• Support equipment performance and operations during the day shift.
• Deliver next-level support for applications in Intel's worldwide factory network.
• Engage in project work including insertion activity hardening and CIP software development.
