The Intel Foundry Automation's Automation Operations Team is seeking a compressed work week shift engineer to support equipment performance and operations on day shift. The role involves technical troubleshooting and operational support for automation applications in Intel's factories. The candidate will also provide next-level support for applications across Intel's worldwide factory network. Project work, including software development and activity hardening, is also part of the job scope.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 6+ months of experience with scripting and related activities such as SQL, Python, or PowerShell.
• 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies including Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMWare.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for automation applications.
• Support equipment performance and operations on day shift.
• Deliver next-level support for applications in Intel's worldwide factory network.
• Engage in project work including software development and activity hardening.
