• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production services and AI agents on AWS
• Own features end-to-end from discovery through production operation
• Build foundations that gate agent autonomy including observability and alerting
• Design feedback loops for agents to learn from human reviews and incident outcomes
• Integrate with the incident lifecycle and model consistent incident state across systems
• Raise the bar on software quality, security, testing, and operational excellence
