The Security Engineer role within the Corporate Services Security (CPSS) team focuses on securing applications, infrastructure, and data across various business units at Amazon. • 4+ years of experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
• 4+ years of experience in scripting, programming, or security code review in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience implementing security solutions at the cross-team level.
• Knowledge of common cloud-hosted services and experience with AWS products.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, or C++.
• Familiarity with command line tools for troubleshooting protocols and automating tasks.
