The Senior Product Design Engineer for Pixel Accessories will be responsible for designing the next generation of wearable accessories. This role involves driving the design, analysis, and prototyping of new concepts in a manufacturing-oriented environment. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Electrical Engineering and Industrial Design, to create innovative products that balance comfort, performance, and aesthetics. The team focuses on delivering high-quality accessories that enhance the user experience while maintaining affordability.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing mechanical components such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, or flexes.
• 5 years of experience using computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as 3D MCAD, NX, Creo, or Solidworks.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
• 8 years of work experience in consumer product design is preferred.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and build new products.
• Oversee 2D/3D drawings, define tolerances, and manage organized Bills of Materials.
• Collaborate with device teams and external suppliers on assembly specifications and part manufacturing.
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve design, manufacturing, or reliability issues and implement corrective actions.
• Balance project requirements, including functionality, sustainability, human factors, and aesthetics.
