Job description
The Senior Staff Epitaxy Process Engineering role at Raxium involves driving epitaxy growth processes for microLED technology at scale. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in semiconductor materials and technical leadership experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in epitaxial growth.
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field is preferred.
- 8 years of experience in an epitaxial growth manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive solutions for meeting production demands of epitaxy processes at volume manufacturing scale.
- Develop strategies for effective systems and methodologies enabling improved process stability and control for yield improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Operation teams to drive improved cycle times and process stability.
- Work with software and engineering teams on statistical process control and process monitoring.
- Resolve complex materials and device issues as part of cross-functional teams.
