The Sr. Solutions Architect is a technical leader responsible for complex customer engagements within the Digital Native Business. This role focuses on driving consumption strategy and maintaining executive-level relationships while serving as a technical authority. The architect will leverage deep technical expertise and strategic account planning to influence platform adoption and revenue growth. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to thought leadership are also key aspects of this position.

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, technical pre-sales leadership, or a senior customer-facing technical role
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, including distributed systems at scale and data governance frameworks
• Expert-level knowledge of the Databricks Platform or equivalent depth in competing platforms
• Declared technical specialization with recognized depth in areas such as real-time architectures or ML/AI platforms
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts
• Executive presence to influence Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading competitive displacements and complex enterprise evaluations
• Strong strategic thinking connecting technical architecture decisions to business outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for complex customer engagements
• Own senior-level technical relationships as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy
• Lead complex architecture engagements including multi-workload platforms and enterprise-wide migrations
• Operate as an expert on the Databricks Platform and mentor others
• Develop and execute competitive strategies for customers against incumbent platforms
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
• Coach and develop junior SAs on technical depth and customer engagement
• Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through customer-facing content and workshops
