The Loan Management team operates within the Global Banking and Markets division, focusing on the Mortgage Loan Trading desk and Real Estate Finance Group. This role involves underwriting, managing, and overseeing commercial real estate loans. The team specializes in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and financing opportunities. Key responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, managing a diverse portfolio, and preparing reports for senior management.

• 1-3 years of experience in originating or underwriting commercial real estate loans and managing performing or distressed assets.
• Experience valuing multiple commercial real estate product types.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Work collaboratively to achieve department and firm objectives.
• Develop and maintain market relationships with appropriate vendors and other industry participants.
• Support and participate in structuring and execution of optimal financing solutions for external clients.
• Assist in loan level financings, appraisal review, and other activities requiring feedback from debt originations or real estate finance groups.
• Analyze and present opportunities and risks inherent in specific sectors and markets.
• Perform valuation analyses and due diligence related activities.
• Track and forecast operating cash flows from real estate assets.
• Help oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Prepare and present transaction memos summarizing due diligence and credit analysis.
• Prepare and present quarterly business plan updates and market updates to senior management.
