• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field of study
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and construction deliverables.
• Support client management, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and perform complex engineering analyses.
