The Senior Manager in Cyber - Operational Technology at EY will lead client engagements focused on enhancing cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems. This role involves combining practical OT security knowledge with leadership in client advisory and team development. The position requires collaboration across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to protect critical operations while ensuring safety and reliability. The ideal candidate will drive business development and maintain trusted client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity, OT security, industrial automation or related experience.
• Experience leading or managing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, security improvement programs or implementation initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of OT and ICS environments, industrial networking and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or comparable OT cybersecurity guidance.

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture and configuration reviews, and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments that may include ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies.
• Guide the design and implementation of practical OT security controls, including network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Apply recognized OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Manage engagement scope, workplans, resources, risks, quality, timelines and budgets.
