The Assurance Advisor role at EY focuses on providing audit services within the Financial Services Office. As a Manager, you will lead diverse teams and ensure high-quality client services while maintaining long-term relationships. • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience in engagement management, execution, and client relationship building in relevant industries.
• Must have 2 years of experience supervising audit teams and planning audits in accordance with U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP.
• Must have 1 year of experience using audit documentation software.
• Must have an active US CPA certificate or a foreign certificate in accountancy with sufficient coursework/experience to obtain US CPA certification.

• Provide audit services that demonstrate real value beyond regulatory mandates.
• Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS and PCAOB regulations.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues in a timely manner and provide clear insights to clients.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds to deliver quality client services.
• Cultivate business development opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
