The role of Manager in the Technology Consulting team at EY focuses on designing and deploying technology solutions for financial institutions. The team aims to enhance the effectiveness of finance and operations functions through Oracle ERP technologies. This position involves managing diverse teams and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering quality project execution. The Manager will also identify business requirements and develop new business processes that leverage technology.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle technologies, including Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, or FAH.
• Must have 3 years of experience working at a financial services company or as an Oracle consultant to a financial services company.
• Must have 3 years of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.

• Design, build, and deploy technology solutions to enhance the operating effectiveness of finance and operations functions.
• Identify business requirements and develop solutions that align with Oracle Cloud ERP technologies.
• Deliver quality project execution by supporting project plans and proactively addressing issues.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds to consistently deliver quality client services.
• Liaise with stakeholders and teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete ERP module configurations.
