The Maia Model Enablement team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of AI models, software, and hardware. This role involves bringing new AI models to production, optimizing performance, and enhancing serving capabilities. Engineers will work across the entire software stack and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful model deployment. The position emphasizes innovation and measurable impact in production environments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C++ or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
• Understanding of modern AI model architectures and inference systems.
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX Runtime, or similar technologies.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues across software, systems, and hardware layers.
• Familiarity with performance analysis and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in software development with languages such as Python or C++.
