The Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations at EY is responsible for designing, building, testing, and scaling AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. This hands-on role requires combining manufacturing domain knowledge with advanced data platforms and AI technologies. The position focuses on creating prototypes, accelerators, and reusable intellectual property to support manufacturing use cases. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the solutions are technically credible and meet operational needs.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in AI solution development, industrial data platforms, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.
• Experience developing manufacturing data platforms and integrating data from various manufacturing and enterprise systems.

• Own the design, hands-on development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI-based manufacturing solutions.
• Translate manufacturing problems into clearly defined AI use cases and functional requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept through working prototype, including problem definition and solution architecture.
• Design manufacturing data platform architectures that connect and contextualize data from various sources.
• Build and operationalize manufacturing knowledge graphs to provide context for analytics and AI models.
• Establish development standards for source control, reusable code, and solution documentation.
• Create reference implementations and demonstration environments for integrated solutions.
