The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst at Citi is a strategic professional responsible for ensuring the integration of technology functions to meet business goals. • 6+ years of experience in an Application Support role or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and shell scripting for operational tasks.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including the ability to write and execute queries.
• Practical experience with Autosys or a comparable job scheduling platform.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience managing incidents and service requests through platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with container and orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or ECS.
• Clear and confident communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements and analyze existing system logic.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex application enhancements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to document system impacts.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues and propose risk mitigation options.
• Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and allocate work.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard Citigroup and its clients.
