The Fullstack Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst (SDE/T) is a seasoned professional role focused on delivering customer-facing banking and credit card features across web and mobile channels. This position operates within an Agile Scrum team, combining software development, quality engineering, and digital accessibility responsibilities. The SDE/T is expected to apply in-depth technical knowledge to improve development, testing, and accessibility practices. The role involves significant collaboration and leadership within teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and quality engineering.
• 3+ years of combined Development and Quality Engineering (SDET) experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience using Spring Boot microservices and Angular frontend.
• 3+ years of strong testing experience with BDD frameworks, Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, and Postman.
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
• Preferable experience with cloud-based development leveraging public clouds or internal cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of PEGA, Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

• Actively participate in all stages of the Agile SDLC, including user story grooming and definition of acceptance criteria.
• Develop, configure, and debug full-stack applications consisting of Angular-based frontends and Spring Boot microservices.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using BDD frameworks.
• Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines by creating and maintaining Jenkins jobs.
• Validate Responsive Web Design and ADA Accessibility compliance using various tools.
• Own testing artifacts including Test Plans and Exit Reports, ensuring SDLC hygiene.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously build and document Subject Matter Expertise covering end-to-end flows.
• Adhere to Citi’s SDLC standards and participate in process improvement workshops.
• Provide post-production support, including technical go-live checkouts.
