The Project Manager is a key member of the Network Distribution team, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through various branch projects. This role involves collaboration with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to optimize the regional distribution network and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will support the execution of branch projects, including refreshes, renovations, and relocations. This position also serves as a primary contact for branch personnel during these projects.

• 6-10+ years of total experience, with 3+ years specifically in planning and project management.
• A 4-year college degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in presentation and interaction with senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to support and monitor progress on large, complex projects.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and generate solutions.
• Working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations.

• Support execution of all branch projects, including refreshes, renovations, relocations, and de novo builds.
• Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to assess new branch sites.
• Work with Senior Project Managers and Real Estate Services to identify project scope.
• Ensure timely execution of all branch projects with minimal changes to the original scope.
• Monitor all phases of projects and proactively identify risks, escalating issues as necessary.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for branch personnel during various projects.
• Execute branch appearance programs and influence personnel to adhere to standards.
• Partner with Real Estate Services to resolve branch-related issues quickly and cost-effectively.
