• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing, operating, or architecting large-scale distributed services and infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource management
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand applications, architectures, and growth patterns
• Identify signals that drive infrastructure consumption and translate them into measurable resource demand
• Establish meaningful demand models and improve observability into resource utilization
• Forecast future infrastructure requirements and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Develop common methodologies, tooling, and standards for scaling practices across organizations
