Job description

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 9 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience creating Request for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFPs) that document design requirements.
  • Knowledge of GD&T principles for automated equipment design.
  • Experience in new product introduction and Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with CapEx, Fixture, and Factory teams to ensure necessary fixtures and test stations are in place and qualified.
  • Lead the team to triage yield issues and drive failure analysis to identify root causes.
  • Synthesize program information into concise communication for senior management.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures for assembling products are ready and operators are trained.
  • Utilize statistical tools to analyze manufacturing process performance.
