• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 20 years of relevant experience in silicon development
• Proven experience in integrated circuit design and design automation tools
• Hands-on experience with front end and back end digital tool suites
• Deep knowledge of EDA tools for managing design complexity and large technical teams
• Strong communication and program management skills

• Drive and lead technical engagements between Apple and silicon suppliers
• Oversee all phases of silicon development from specification to validation
• Manage characterization, validation, qualification, and statistical analysis tasks
• Direct multi-functional debug efforts and crisis management
