As a Support Program Manager at Apple, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that Operations Systems are sustainable and scalable. You will drive continuous improvement strategies across business processes and systems to meet Apple's customer commitments. The role is part of the BPR: Supply Chain team, which connects systems that facilitate the movement of products from factory to customer. Your focus will be on optimizing performance and ensuring high-quality product launches for both B2C and B2B channels.

• BA/BS/MS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or any Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as a program manager or team lead in global organizations.
• 5+ years expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems.
• 5+ years experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
• Experience developing SLAs for Systems/Application performance.
• Experience leading projects and driving change management strategies to improve end to end SDLC practices.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies applied to systems monitoring or predictive readiness.
• Understanding of O2C, B2C & B2B operations fulfillment processes.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Certifications in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred.
