As an SDE2 on the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery Data Platform, you will build and manage online systems that transform customer behavior data into reliable features for personalization and ranking models. This role focuses on creating low-latency feature-serving systems and near-real-time streaming pipelines to enhance customer recommendations. You will collaborate with engineers and scientists to ensure data quality and consistency across systems. The team aims to provide tailored video content to a diverse global audience, enhancing the viewing experience for Prime subscribers.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
