• BS or MS in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong familiarity with QA methodologies, test design, bug prioritization, and software release workflows.
• Vast knowledge of network switch configuration and debugging, including VLAN and switch-port.
• Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience with engineering lab environments for product bring-up and development.
• Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and committed.

• Review architecture, design, and requirements documents for new features across multiple domains.
• Maintain existing infrastructure and plan future lab engagements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for both initial releases and ongoing firmware updates.
• Develop and maintain automated frameworks to improve coverage, stability, and efficiency.
• Report bugs found during execution and assist with reproduction and debugging to understand root causes.
• Conduct tests in various areas, including regression, performance, functional, and security.
• Keep track of testing progress and generate summary reports of testing activities.
