The role of SRAM Circuit Designer in the Digital Custom Group involves designing and implementing custom digital circuits for SRAM. You will collaborate with a talented logic and architecture team to optimize designs for power, timing, area, and yield. This position is critical in influencing CPU, GPU, SoC, and Neural Engine designs within Apple's Custom Silicon group. You will also engage in post-silicon efforts to enable productization, working at the forefront of innovative silicon design.

• BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience within a SoC design cycle, developing circuits and SRAM/Register File for low power, low voltage, and high performance.
• Knowledge of Cache design/architecture and memory hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of RTL modeling.
• Solid understanding of industry-standard design tools.
• Deep understanding of nanometer device physics and leakage mechanisms.
• Ability to devise experiments and analyze data for silicon debug.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and scripting is a plus.

• Conduct backend verification, including IR and EM analysis.
• Write RTL, validate use-cases, and verify against design schematics.
• Support post-silicon efforts to enable productization.
