Job description

The Applications team is seeking a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to lead a high-stakes, cross-functional program involving AIML, Siri, Apps, and Legal. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage shifting program parameters and legal constraints effectively. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and seamless content access for AI models. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for resolving cross-team friction and driving unified program goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Planning, or Program Management with a track record of increasing operational responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios with intricate delivery schedules and cross-team dependencies.
  • Proven experience translating legal and business considerations into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams.
  • Experience in financial operations, AI and search environments, or business development contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central operational backbone for the program by managing timelines and leading executive reviews.
  • Establish governance frameworks and track negotiation pipelines.
  • Coordinate support from Business and partner teams to ensure program success.
  • Proactively surface risks and drive decisions across matrixed leadership.
  • Develop briefing materials, presentation decks, and synthesized status reports for senior leadership.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
