The Software Development Engineer II role in the Frontier ADC team focuses on delivering AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services to government customers in GovCloud and isolated environments. The team is dedicated to innovating solutions that enhance customer experience while addressing complex technical challenges. Candidates will work on building scalable distributed systems and automating operational tasks. A successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

• Influence technical strategy and architectural decisions within the team.
• Develop, build, and operate AWS Frontier AI services.
