The Systems Development Engineer I role within the Frontier ADC team focuses on delivering AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services to government customers in GovCloud and isolated environments. The team is dedicated to innovation and modernization, leveraging cloud computing and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with demanding government clients to enhance their experience and resolve technical issues. This position requires a strong background in Linux, networking, and software systems, along with an active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

• Drive the resolution of technical issues and improve the customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally to foster constructive dialogue and resolve contentious issues.
