The role involves designing and building Identity and Access security solutions for Netflix's global workforce, including employees, contractors, and external partners. The Identity Integrations and Solutions Engineering team focuses on reducing risk while maintaining business speed. The position requires deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will also work with external vendors to enhance third-party identity capabilities.

• Proven track record of architecting, building, and operating complex Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a product-focused mindset.
• Strong IAM fundamentals including experience with authentication and authorization standards and protocols such as OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
• Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions such as Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Engine, Auth0, or equivalent.
• Experience in CI/CD with at least one modern programming language such as Java or Python.
• Experience running services on a Cloud computing platform, particularly AWS.

• Design and implement Identity and Access security solutions for Netflix's global population.
• Participate in all aspects of solution design and delivery, including implementation and partner integration.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Security and Engineering organizations.
• Consult and integrate with a wide range of vendors and service providers.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders by explaining complicated IAM concepts in simple language.
