• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience in management consulting, construction management, operations, business analytics, or a related function.
• 2 years of experience with SQL, spreadsheet-based modeling, and data visualization tools.

• Identify and structure critical business problems to develop actionable recommendations.
• Own the DCDE Headcount Model and align staffing ratios with Finance and HR.
• Partner with central DCData-AI to coordinate data pipelines and model enhancements.
• Deliver capacity reporting and executive operational dashboards to translate complex data into insights.
• Manage planning syncs and cross-pillar communications to maintain accurate resource plans.
