• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, with a Master's or PhD preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Automotive CAE with a history of delivering complex programs.
• Hands-on coding proficiency in Python or MATLAB for engineering automation.
• Experience developing automation APIs, GUIs, or macros within common CAD/CAE environments.
• Practical experience implementing machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn or PyTorch.
• Understanding of structural/crash solvers like Abaqus or LS-DYNA.
• Knowledge of safety and durability regulations such as FMVSS, ECE, and NCAP.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing global, cross-functional projects.
